Home Radio is a community radio station run entirely by volunteers.

 

Home Radio currently broadcast on line broadcasts 24 hours a day to

Charnwood, Leicestershire.  

 

Programming

 

All programming is currently all automated.

 

Home Radio plays the best music from the past 40 years mixed with the

today's hits.

 

A community notice board feature can be heard twice each hour. This is the

opportunity for any local non profit making organisation to publicise their

events at no cost.

 

Each hour Home Radio info gives health,travel and finance tips and Home

Help gives voluntary organisation an opportunity to appeal for new members

or support.  

 

Local News is broadcast weekdays from 07.00 - 19.00 and 07.00 - 13.00 at

weekends. With a round up of the weeks world news aired at midday on

Saturday and Sunday.

 

'A Word on Health' is broadcast at 10.20 each Thrsday morning and

discusses health issues that affect everyone.    

 

Local sports news is broadcast throught Friday, Saturday and Monday.
